Recycled and Environmental Material

We can customize the products from various recycled materials such grey board, white board, blue board, black board and wooden board, etc.
There are some customs need environmental material only, they don’t want any plastic part included, then we can provide kraft material option to replace the poly bad and shrink wrap.

Jigsaw Puzzle Die Cut

We have many existing die cut for various sizes and pieces jigsaw puzzles option. No matter adult, kids or toddler puzzles can be manufactured, big floor puzzle and mini puzzles can be provided as well.
The die cuts are unique design that there is no repeated piece shape, player won’t put a wrong piece to a place because the puzzle piece will never fit another place. If customers want to have a customized special shape puzzle, we can design the puzzle for them.

Interlocking

With our strong R&D team, we design each die cut carefully, we calculated the size and weight for each piece, considered the shape for interlocking that it’s very easy for the player to pick up the finished puzzle, even you shake the puzzle, it won’t get loose.
With the best interlocking design, there is no need to use glue to fix the puzzle.
Packages

Lid/bottom, cylinder, tube, clamshell and sliding drawer boxes and other special shapes packages can be customized.

Finishing
We provides glossy and matte options with varnish or laminating that customer can choose their favorite surface on the puzzle and box.
Linen texture, golden/silver stamping(foil), touching foil and other special finishing can be customized.
