48 piece big floor puzzle is suit for small kids. Our kids puzzles are designed and manufactured according to the criteria such as EN71, ASTM F963, UKCA, CPSIA and CCPSA. All the children puzzles are safe for playing.
Each piece of big floor puzzle are very big size, it’s much bigger than kids hand and mouth, and the puzzle piece are very sturdy, so it’s not possible for the little children put the puzzle piece into his/her mouth, avoid any choking hazard.

Thickness
Normally we produced children puzzle thicker than normal. Default thickness for adult puzzle is 2.0mm while kids puzzle is 3.0mm.
The thick puzzle is safe and easy for children to finish the puzzle.
Various custom options
Customer can choose their favorite materials, thickness, packaging, finishing, accessories, etc to produce their puzzle.
Art Work Design
We can help customer to finish the art work design if they don’t have designer. We can help customer to modify their art work in case necessary.
